Make a Payment

  1. Log in at apsanet.org by clicking on the “Login” button at the top of the page.
  2. You’ll see “Recent Orders.”
  3. To pay outstanding recent orders, click on “Pay Outstanding Orders” on the right-hand column of links.
  4. Enter in the amount to pay.
  5. Click “Make a Payment.”

Tips for Getting the Most Out of APSA 2020

  • Publicize your presence in advance to your networks
    Use your website, newsletters, and social media accounts using the hashtag #APSA2020 to promote your participation. You can spread the word at other events and tell prospects and current customers why they should make an effort to see you in San Francisco.
  • Pull a crowd to your booth with opportunities for additional exposure
    With 6,500+ attendees and the hall full of exhibitors, make sure you are well equipped to stand out in the crowd, drive traffic to your booth and attract attention to your brand. We offer a range of sponsorship and advertising options at affordable prices to help you meet your marketing goals.

Please Note: Unauthorized companies claiming to sell APSA attendee lists have reached out to exhibitors. APSA does not rent attendee contact lists.  

Furnishings such as tables, chairs, and wastebaskets are not included in the $2,500 booth fee. Exhibitors can rent furnishings from Freeman, the official general services contractor. The order form will be available in summer 2020.

APSA’s official housing company is onPeak. Unauthorized companies may claim to be travel representatives of APSA, which can lead to expensive charges, unavailable rooms, and high cancellation fees.

If you don’t want to deal with hundreds of business cards you’ll collect at your booth, we recommend ordering a lead retrieval system through Expo Logic. This allows you to simply scan your visitors’ badges and follow up on leads efficiently.

  The exhibit booth fee of $2,500 does not include electrical, internet, or other audio-visual equipment. However, exhibitors can rent these items and more from BAV. The order form will be available in summer 2020.
