Please take a close look at the new schedule.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will kick off on Wednesday, September 9, at 12:00 p.m. with a welcome and a plenary address from APSA President Paula McClain, Duke University.\u00a0 This will be followed by panels from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (MT, UTC-6) on Wednesday.\u00a0 Panels will run again from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (MT, UTC-6) on Thursday\u2013Sunday.\u00a0 Most panels originally slated for Thursday\u2013Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. will stay in their original time slot, but are now in Mountain Time. Some papers and panels were combined, so this may have resulted in a time\/date change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In addition, 4:00 p.m. panel slots have moved to different days:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday 4:00 p.m. panels have shifted to Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Friday 4:00 p.m. panels have shifted to Sunday at 12:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Saturday 4:00 p.m. panels have shifted to Sunday at 2:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Business meetings and receptions are still in the process of moving.<\/p>\n<p>We will allow for presenters with significant time zone conflicts (Asia, Australia, New Zealand, or Hawaii) to<strong> request a new pre-existing program time slot <a href=\"https:\/\/apsa.wufoo.com\/forms\/2020-annual-meeting-time-zone-conflict\/\">using this form<\/a>. <\/strong>All requests must be received by July 17, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the large program size, we are unable to accept scheduling requests outside of these time zones.
