All attendees must wear their badges in all meeting spaces to confirm they are an attendee, as well as to verify they are fully vaccinated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mobile App and Digital Program<\/strong>\u00a0in lieu of a printed program to reduce touchpoints. Digital programs will be available on iPads in the Registration area and at the Westin Information Desk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hand Sanitizer stations<\/strong>\u00a0will be available around the event. We recommend frequent hand-washing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Signs\u00a0<\/strong>reminding participants to abide by COVID protocol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage each attendee to carefully assess their symptoms each morning before coming to the meeting space. If you are sick and\/or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/symptoms-testing\/symptoms.html\">have symptoms of COVID<\/a>, we ask that you refrain from coming to Annual Meeting events. If you test positive COVID while onsite at the event, please stay in your hotel room and contact your healthcare provider. Please also review and follow&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec.ca\/en\/health\/health-issues\/a-z\/2019-coronavirus\/self-isolation\">Qu\u00e9bec Self-Isolation Instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the Annual Meeting, we recommend you monitor your symptoms in the coming days.
