We strongly encourage all paper authors to upload their paper(s) by the deadline in advance of the 2023 APSA Annual Meeting and Exhibition. This is important as it not only allows your session colleagues to review your paper in advance to prepare their remarks, but it also allows conference attendees to peruse session details and papers of interest when deciding which sessions to attend, both onsite and virtually. We will be sending out more information on this soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please upload your paper(s) by Thursday, August 17, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To upload your paper<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the conference program.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Under the Navigation and Settings Menu on the left side of the page, you will find the \u201cSign In\u201d button. Sign in using your APSA account credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click \u201cSubmission System Menu\u201d on the left-hand side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Under the the Submitter Menu, click \u201cView Participation \/ Upload Papers.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the\u00a0\u201cSubmissions\u201d tab to view a list of your submissions. (If you are not the original submitter, but are an author on the paper, you can also find the \u201cUpload\u201d link under the \u201cParticipations\u201d tab.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click the \u201cUpload\u201d link in the far right action column to upload your paper for the relevant session. Supported file formats include<\/span>: Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Word Perfect, Plain Text, and Rich Text Format (rtf).\u00a0All files will be converted to Adobe Acrobat format. If you want to check the converted file, you may return to the site in 72 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Choose your file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click \u201cAccept and Continue.\u201d You will receive confirmation of your uploaded submission by email within 24 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To download papers<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log into the <\/strong><\/a>online<\/strong><\/a> <\/a><\/strong>program.<\/strong><\/a> You will do this the same way as above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Search for or find the panel that you are interested in and click on the title for more details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If there are available paper downloads for the panel, you\u2019ll see a \u201cDownload\u201d button at the top of the session information (to the right of the \u201cAdd to Personal Schedule\u201d button),\u00a0along with how many downloads there are. When you click this button, it will display any papers available for download. Papers that are not yet available for download will be grayed out.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Upload your conference paper to APSA Preprints<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Share your work with peers, obtain a DOI, get feedback, track metrics, and get ready for journal submissions. Log in with your APSA member ID and choose \u201cWorking Paper\u201d for your conference paper or \u201cPresentation\u201d if you are uploading slides or a PowerPoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
