However, due to growth of the official program, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all requests. Requests will be assessed, and room assignments will be determined on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When requesting your date, please note that Friday is our most popular night for business meetings and receptions.\u00a0<em>We cannot guarantee that all groups who select Friday as their first choice will be scheduled on this date.<\/em>\u00a0If you wish to avoid conflict with similar groups, we recommend coordinating your date preferences with them or consider Thursday or Saturday. <strong>Please note, APSA is not hosting an Opening Reception on Thursday evening so there will be no conflict for anyone looking to hold a Thursday reception.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APSA provides complimentary space for business meetings and receptions during the Annual Meeting.
