I am the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mpsanet.org\/Conference\/SubmitaProposal\/SectionDescriptionsContacts\/tabid\/83\/Default.aspx#56\" target=\"_blank\">Religion and Politics program<\/a> chair for the<br \/>\nMidwest conference this year, and I&#039;d like to invite you to submit a<br \/>\nproposal and join me in Chicago from April 11-14, 2013. I have no<br \/>\nparticular agenda for this meeting other than to assemble high quality<br \/>\npanels for you to deliver your work, have engaging conversations, and<br \/>\ngain valuable feedback.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As usual, the MPSA is open to a wide variety of formats beyond traditional panels, including author meets critics, topical roundtables, or anything else you can dream up. One innovation is the conference within a conference, in which participants gather at a variety of panels and have conversations around specific themes.
