The award is for a dissertation that is in progress, rather than a completed dissertation. The award comes with a $500 prize.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nomination Instructions:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To nominate, a dissertation proposal\/ outline (5-10 pages) and a nomination letter should be sent to each committee member.
