Once logged in, you will have one (1) hour to complete your application or proposal submission. A timer will be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the page to show your remaining time. Please note that you cannot save a partially constructed proposal. Instead, we recommend submitting any partial proposal, as you can return to the system and edit your proposal(s) up until the deadline of <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Quick Tips<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once logged into the system, follow these quick tips for the smoothest application or submission process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid using the \u201cback\u201d button while in the submission system on your web browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note each page includes its own distinct instructions. Be sure to read all before moving on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your actions are not saved until you click \u201cAccept and Continue\u201d at the bottom of each page\/step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After you review your application or proposal information on the final page, click \u201cSave.\u201d You should receive a confirmation email following your submission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please ensure you receive a confirmation email from&nbsp;<strong>do_not_reply@allacademic.com<\/strong>&nbsp;before exiting the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have an APSA account to submit a proposal. Each Research Group will consist of 10-20 participants. <strong><em>Due to limited space and overlapping meeting times, each candidate may only apply to one Research Group Workshop. Research Group applications are now closed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/connect.apsanet.org\/virtual-research-meeting\/research-workshops\/\" target=\"_blank\">View Research Group Descriptions&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>General Proposal Submission Options<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This virtual conference will also include general sessions relating to the meeting theme of <em>&#8220;Challenges in Political Science.&#8221; <\/em>For general proposals, submitters will be able to select up to three (3) keywords for their proposal.
