Upload Your Papers and Presentations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We encourage all authors to upload their paper(s) before the 2025 Virtual Research Meeting<\/strong>. This allows your session colleagues to review your work in advance and helps conference attendees decide which sessions to attend during the virtual meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All authors should upload their papers by March 27, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To upload papers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sign into the 2025 Virtual Research Meeting site.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. On your All Academic home page, select “Submit or Edit a Proposal<\/strong>” from the Submitter Menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you submitted the original proposal, find it under the “Submissions”<\/strong> tab. If you are an author but not the original submitter, the upload link is under the “Participations”<\/strong> tab instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In the proposal\u2019s Action<\/strong> column, click “Upload<\/strong>.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select and upload your file. All documents will be converted to Adobe Acrobat format. Please allow up to 72 hours for conversion.\n
