The HBCU No Student Left Behind Initiative (NSLBI) is a project sponsored by the National Conference of Black Political Scientists (NCOBPS) HBCU Task Force. NSLBI seeks to recruit and mentor HBCU graduate and undergraduate students to NCOBPS, and to integrate them into with well-resourced political science organizations. The NSLBI seeks to create a pathway for these students by connecting them with NCOBPS faculty mentors, research and professional development opportunities.
