We are very excited to see you in person again in Baltimore! Just like at the Annual Meeting, we are committed to the health and safety of our members, exhibitors, and partners. We want to ensure our event is as safe as possible to protect you and your families, all APSA attendees and staff, and our communities. APSA does strongly recommend masking at the meeting.
Other Health and Safety Protocols
- All attendees must wear their badge in all meeting spaces to confirm they are an attendee, as well as to verify they are fully vaccinated.
- Hand Sanitizer stations will be available around the event. We recommend frequent hand-washing.
- Signs reminding participants to abode by COVID protocols
We encourage each attendee to carefully assess their symptoms each morning before coming to the meeting space. If you are sick and/or have symptoms of COVID, we ask that you refrain from coming to TLC events. If you test positive COVID while onsite at the event, please stay in your hotel room and contact your healthcare provider. Please also review and follow the CDC’s Self-Isolation Instructions.
After TLC, we recommend you monitor your symptoms in the coming days. If you develop COVID-19 symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider. Also see the following CDC guidance.
Hotel Health and Safety Protocols
The Sheraton Inner Harbor has enhanced sanitizing and cleaning policies in the meeting space and sleeping rooms. All meeting rooms and public spaces are sanitized between each session and hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the hotel.
