The APSA Annual Meeting offers a wide range of opportunities to engage, learn, and collaborate with other political scientists and scholars in the profession!

‣ On-Site Registration Hours and Information

Location & Hours: Registration will be located at the Hynes Convention Center and will be open at the following times:

  • Wednesday, September 2: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 3: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday, September 4: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 5: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

‣ Registration Refund Policy

APSA has a no-refund policy for Annual Meeting registration and does not reimburse or cover costs associated with flights or travel. All registrations are non-transferable and cannot be credited toward future Annual Meetings in cases of cancellation or non-attendance.

Carbon and Travel

APSA recognizes the effect travel has on climate change. As such, APSA has joined the National Forest Foundation‘s Sapling Program to plant trees across the 193-million-acre National Forest System.
