Request Affiliated Event Space:
2026 APSA Business Meetings & Receptions at the Annual Meeting

The 2026 Affiliated Event request form is now open! APSA provides complimentary space for business meetings and receptions during the APSA Annual Meeting. All affiliated events will take place in-person at the APSA Annual Meeting in Boston, MA.

To ensure all business meetings and receptions are reflected in the online program, please be sure to submit a request form even if you plan to host your event offsite.

All event requests must be submitted by Monday, March 31, 2026.

BUSINESS MEETING TIMES:
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Food & beverage are not available during this timeslot)

Guidelines for 2026 Affiliated Events:

  • APSA will make every attempt to fulfill your space and date requests; however, due to growth of the official meeting program, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all preferences. Requests will be assessed and room assignments will be determined on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed. Any requests received after the deadline will be considered on a space-available basis.
  • To ensure all affiliated events are reflected in the online program, please be sure to submit a request form even if you plan to host your event offsite.
  • If you are a vendor, please note you must be an exhibitor or a sponsor to request event space at the Annual Meeting.
  • Please let APSA know if your event will be co-sponsored with another group or section.
  • Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent out in late May.
  • While APSA will try to accommodate space and date requests, we cannot guarantee any preferences due to growth of the official meeting program. Requests will be assessed, and room assignments will be made on a space-available basis. Late requests will also be considered on a space-available basis but are not guaranteed.
  • All meeting event requests are due Monday, March 31, 2026 11:59 p.m. Pacific.

When indicating your preferred event dates, please note that Friday is the most popular night for business meetings and receptions, so not all requests for that date can be accommodated. To avoid conflicts, consider coordinating with similar groups or selecting a Thursday or Saturday timeslot. APSA does not accept room location requests. Please note that there is very limited breakfast and lunch space for groups larger than 30.
