Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

Boston’s geographic location makes it an accessible gateway for both domestic and international travelers and provides access to one of the largest attendee bases within a two-hour travel radius of any city in North America.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is New England’s largest transportation hub, ranking among the top airports nationwide for both passenger volume and flight activity. The airport offers nonstop service to 88 domestic and 59 international destinations and is located approximately 4.6 miles (about a 15-minute drive) from the Hynes Convention Center.

Taxis & Ridesharing

Ridesharing
Uber and Lyft both operate throughout Boston, including service to and from Boston Logan International Airport. Logan’s Ride App Pickup area provides designated locations for app-based ride services, with clear overhead and ground signage directing passengers to Ride App, Uber, and Lyft pick-up points from each terminal.

Passengers with disabilities traveling to or from Logan may use accessible pick-up and drop-off locations at the Central Parking Garage, the Terminal B Parking Garage, or designated accessible curbside areas at each terminal. Taxis are available at designated taxi stands on the Arrivals level of Terminals A, B, C, and E. Taxi dispatchers are present in all terminals to assist arriving passengers. Travelers can follow airport signage for Ground Transportation and Taxi. Please note that ride wait times may be longer during peak travel periods.

Amtrak

Boston is a major hub on the Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor, offering convenient rail connections throughout New England and along the U.S. East Coast. Passengers can board or disembark at Back Bay Station, located just steps from the Hynes Convention Center. Amtrak routes serving Boston include the Northeast Regional, Downeaster, Acela, and Lake Shore Limited.

Bikesharing
Bluebikes, Boston’s public bike-sharing system, offers a convenient alternative to traditional public transportation. The system features more than 1,800 bikes and 180 stations citywide, including a station located directly outside the Hynes Convention Center.

Pedicab
Pedicabs provide a fun and flexible alternative for traveling short distances or exploring the city. Boston Pedicab offers both on-demand and pre-scheduled rides and tours at flexible pricing.

Bus/Subway (MBTA)
The Hynes Convention Center is easily accessible via Boston’s public transportation system, the MBTA (also known as “the T”). Nearby stations include Hynes Convention Center, Copley, and Prudential on the Green Line, as well as Back Bay Station on the Orange Line. Several MBTA bus routes also serve the area.

Driving Directions

The Hynes Convention Center is easily accessible from I-90, I-93, and I-95. Travelers coming from Boston Logan International Airport may use I-90 via the Ted Williams Tunnel.

Parking
