Upload Your Papers and Presentations
We encourage all authors to upload their paper(s) before the 2025 Virtual Research Meeting. This allows your session colleagues to review your work in advance and helps conference attendees decide which sessions to attend during the virtual meeting.
All authors should upload their papers by March 27, 2025.
To upload papers:
- Sign into the 2025 Virtual Research Meeting site.
- On your All Academic home page, select “Submit or Edit a Proposal” from the Submitter Menu.
- If you submitted the original proposal, find it under the “Submissions” tab. If you are an author but not the original submitter, the upload link is under the “Participations” tab instead.
- In the proposal’s Action column, click “Upload.”
- Select and upload your file. All documents will be converted to Adobe Acrobat format. Please allow up to 72 hours for conversion.
- Supported file formats: Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Word Perfect, Plain Text, and Rich Text Format (RTF).
- Click “Accept and Continue” to confirm your upload. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
For Research Group Participants: To share documents or resources with your workshop, contact your Research Group organizer(s) directly.
To download papers:
- Log into the 2025 Virtual Research Meeting Online Program.
- Click “Sign In” on the left-hand side and log in using your APSA credentials. After logging in, choose “Submission System Menu” from the options on the left-side menu.
- From the online program, find the session that you are interested in, then select it by clicking on the title.
- If there are any available downloads for that panel, you’ll see a “Download” button at the top of the session information (to the right of the “Add to Personal Schedule” button), along with how many downloads there are. When you click this button, it will display the paper that is available for download. Papers that are not yet available for download will be grayed out.
