Access the Online Program

The APSA Virtual Research Meeting Online Program is now available! Browse the program for the most up-to-date information on this year’s virtual meeting. You can adjust the program for your time zone, search by workshop name or keyword, and filter by session type, date, time, and more! All sessions are listed in Eastern time.

You must be registered for the meeting and logged into the online program to view virtual session links and participant information. All Research Group workshops and plenary sessions will be held via Zoom on both days of the meeting.

Accessing the Virtual Meeting Platform

  • Log in to the online program. Click “Sign In” on the left-side menu of the online program homepage, and log in using your MyAPSA username and password.
  • Zoom links will be available to registered participants on the day of the scheduled session and will only become active 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • All sessions are listed in Eastern time.

Once signed in, you can use the search tools to find workshop and plenary sessions. Click on any session to view full details. If you’re registered for the meeting and logged in, a “Join Zoom Session” button will appear at the top of each session page—this link will only become active 5-10 minutes before the session’s scheduled start time.

During meeting hours, the fastest way to get support is through the Technical Support Chat on the online program homepage menu. You must be signed into the program to access the Technical Support Chat. Outside of meeting hours, please contact us at meeting@apsanet.org for assistance.
