Upload Your 2025 APSA Conference Papers in Advance of the Annual Meeting
We strongly encourage all paper authors to upload their conference papers and submit to APSA Preprints in advance of the 2025 APSA Annual Meeting and Exhibition.
Please upload your papers by Friday, August 29, 2025, 11:59 p.m. PT.
Uploading your paper(s) is important as it not only allows your session colleagues to review your paper in advance to prepare their remarks, but it also allows conference attendees to browse session details and papers of interest when deciding which sessions to attend onsite.
How to Upload Your Papers:
- Visit the 2025 conference program.
- Find the Navigation and Settings Menu on the left side of the page, then click “Sign In” and log into the program using your APSA account credentials.
- After logging in, choose “Submission System Menu” from the program’s left-side menu.
- Under the Submitter Menu, click “Submit or Edit a Proposal.”
- Select the “Submissions” tab to view a list of your 2025 proposal submissions.
- If you are not the original submitter but are an author on the paper, you can also find the “Upload” link under the “Participations” tab on this page.
- Click the “Upload” link in the far-right action column to upload your paper for the relevant session.
- Choose your file to upload.
- Supported file formats include: Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Word Perfect, Plain Text, and Rich Text Format (rtf). All files will be converted to Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
- If you want to view the final PDF file, please check back in 72 hours.
- Click “Accept and Continue” to upload your paper.
- You will receive confirmation of your uploaded submission by email within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please first check your junk or spam folders.

How to Download a Paper
- Log into the 2025 conference program using the same credentials as above.
- To find panels of interest, you can search by panel title, author name, or keyword. You can also use the filters on the left side of the program homepage to narrow results by day, time, session type, division, and more.
- Click on a panel title to view the expanded session details.
- If any papers are available for download, a “Download” button will appear at the top of the page, nexr to the “Add to Personal Schedule” button. This buttom will also show how many paper downloads are currently available.
- Click the “Download” button to open a list of all available papers. Any papers not yet uploaded will appear grayed out.
- To locate a specific paper, search by title, then click the result to view the paper’s details. If it has been uploaded, you will see a “Download” button at the top of the page.
