Registration & Onsite Badge Printing

We strongly encourage all attendees to register in advance of arriving onsite. If you choose to register onsite, only payments by credit card are accepted. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to  meeting@apsanet.org  about alternative payment arrangements. All attendees are required to wear badges in all APSA meeting spaces. Registration check-in times have been historically busier on Thursday morning and afternoon.

Bring your QR code on your device and scan it for a no-touch experience. You will receive an email with a barcode for self-registration to print your badge at registration later this week from Expo Logic. Print this out or save the email on your phone.

Please read the Travel to Canada resource page for specific instructions for U.S. citizens traveling to Canada, as well as non-U.S. citizens. Below are some general information and guidance about steps you may want to take.

  • Know what to expect beforehand by reviewing the travel laws both in Canada and of the country you are traveling from and/or returning to

  • Have the physical version of all required travel documents as well as multiple printed copies on hand

  • Have documentation of your affiliation and role at the Annual Meeting

If you are traveling internationally to attend the meeting, please visit the page for International Attendee Resources  and  Travel to Canada resources for important information, helpful resources, and the invitation letter request form for visa applications.

We understand that attending professional conferences often involves both financial and administrative hurdles, with limited travel budgets and institutional approval processes making it difficult to secure the necessary permission or support. To assist with this, APSA offers customizable justification letter templates highlighting the professional benefits of participating in the Annual Meeting. Please select the version below that best fits your situation and edit it as needed:

If you require an official invitation letter (for visa purposes only), please see our  International Attendee Resources page.
