We strongly recommend applying for a visa or an eTA (if required) as soon as possibleProcessing times for passports and visas can take up to 8 weeks, excluding mail time. Canada advises submitting your visa application and supporting documents at least 12 weeks prior to your departure date. Annual Meeting Invitation Letters

If you are traveling internationally and require a visa, please complete the 2025 Invitation Letter Request Form. Invitation letters will include a special event code designed to streamline the visa application process and allow us to track and monitor visa requests for meeting participants. Please note that invitation letters are intended for visa application purposes only.

Invitation letters can be provided to all participants listed on the official meeting program (members and non-members). Program acceptances will go out in March 2025 and the meeting program will go live in mid-to-late May 2025. If you are not a presenter or participant on the program, please use your meeting registration receipt and email confirmation as supporting documentation for your visa application.

Access Your Registration Receipt

Once registration for the 2025 meeting opens, receipts will be emailed at the time of purchase. You can also access your receipt anytime through your MyAPSA account. Simply go to “Recent Orders” and click the “View” icon next to the corresponding receipt.
