APSA provides space for employers who have posted an eJobs listing to interview candidates at the APSA Annual Meeting.

It is expected that Employers and Candidates reach out to one another to schedule interviews during the allotted times. APSA does not coordinate interviews between employers and candidates. With an active listing posted to eJobs, you have access to view the CV’s of Candidates that have registered for Interview Services. Once logged in to the eJobs portal, select “Candidate Search” from the Job Bank Menu. On the search menu you can then view candidates by day.

Register as a Department
Departmental members gain free access to the eJobs platform and may post jobs at no additional charge. The service is provided as a complimentary member benefit to Departmental members with an active listing posted on eJobs. Employers must be registered for the Annual Meeting to participate in the Interview Services program. Follow these easy steps to register your department:
- Step 1: Select “Access APSA eJobs”
- Step 2: Login to your account.
- Step 3: Select the option for Employers (this will allow you to add or edit a job listing)
- If you are posting a new job: select “Add a New Job” and fill out all the fields
- If you have an existing job: scroll down and click on the job you want to edit and select the dates you would like to hold interviews.
Register as a Candidate
- Go to “Access APSA eJobs”
- Login to your account.
- Select the option for Candidates
- Select “My CV listing”
Edit your existing CV or post a new one. Scroll down and select the dates and times that you will be available for interviews at the APSA Annual Meeting.
When searching eJobs, Departments and Candidates have access to view the listings and CVs for departments/candidates that will be onsite at the Annual Meeting through the “Annual Meeting Attendance” search feature.
