APSA provides complimentary space for business meetings and receptions during the Annual Meeting. Please see the available time slots below. The deadline to request an event has passed. Please email meeting@apsanet.org with any questions. 

BUSINESS MEETING TIMES:

Thursday, August 31 – Saturday, September 2
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Food and Beverage are not available during this time slot)

RECEPTION TIMES:

Thursday, August 31 – Saturday, September 2
7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

APSA will make every attempt to fulfill your request for space. However, due to growth of the official program, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all requests. Requests will be assessed, and room assignments will be determined on a space-available basis and are not guaranteed.

When requesting your date, please note that Friday is our most popular night for business meetings and receptions. We cannot guarantee that all groups who select Friday as their first choice will be scheduled on this date. If you wish to avoid conflict with similar groups, we recommend coordinating your date preferences with them or consider Thursday or Saturday.
