We are very excited to see you in Los Angeles!   By attending, you agree to follow any COVID-related protocols mandated by local authorities at the time of the event. APSA strongly recommends that attendees be vaccinated for COVID-19 in advance of the Annual Meeting and wear masks while in the meeting spaces. APSA reserves the right to enact stricter protocols should they be warranted by public health circumstances closer to the meeting. Please check back often for updates.  

Additional Health & Safety Measures:

• All attendees must wear their badge in all meeting spaces to confirm they are an attendee.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be available around the event. We recommend frequent hand-washing. 
• An EMT is avaialble in the First-Aid Office in the Los Angeles Convention Center West Hall Lobby during conference hours.
• We encourage each attendee to carefully assess their symptoms each morning before coming to the meeting space. If you are sick and/or have symptoms of illness or COVID, we ask that you refrain from coming to Annual Meeting events. If you test positive COVID while onsite at the event, please stay in your hotel room and contact your healthcare provider. Please also review and follow the CDC’s Self-Isolation Instructions.
• After the meeting, we recommend you monitor your symptoms in the coming days. If you develop symptoms of illness, including COVID-19, please contact your healthcare provider.  Also see the following CDC guidance.
