Registration

We are hosting an in-person Annual Meeting in Montréal from September 15-18. After holding a safe and productive event in Seattle last year, we are excited to see one another again face-to-face. The in-person Annual Meeting is a great opportunity for scholars to gather for sessions and workshops, create valuable connections and research partnerships, see the latest in the Exhibit Hall, and tap into vital career services. We believe the in-person event provides an unparalleled opportunity for these events.

In addition to our in-person meeting with more than 1,200 sessions and events, and in recognition of the growing demand for both live and on-demand virtual content, we are offering a virtual registration option for the annual meeting. We will host approximately 120 live virtual Zoom panels, which have already been pre-selected by divisions, and around 50 livestreamed sessions from onsite in Montréal. We strongly encourage all attendees to register in advance of arriving onsite. If you choose to register onsite, only payments by credit card are accepted. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out to meeting@apsanet.org about alternative payment arrangements.

Note: Currently, travelers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Canada.  You can learn more about the requirements for Canadian travelers here.  and our health and safety protocols here. June 15 was the deadline for program participants to register and remain on the program. If you wish to no longer participate, please email meeting@apsanet.org and your division chairs to be removed from the program.

Registration Check-in is located in the Palais on the second floor in  210D. We strongly encourage all attendees to register in advance of arriving onsite.
