Make a Payment

  1. Log in at apsanet.org by clicking on the “Login” button at the top of the page.
  2. You’ll see “Recent Orders.”
  3. To pay outstanding recent orders, click on “Pay Outstanding Orders” on the right-hand column of links.
  4. Enter in the amount to pay.
  5. Click “Make a Payment.”

Please Note: Unauthorized companies claiming to sell APSA attendee lists have reached out to exhibitors. APSA does not rent attendee contact lists.  

Furnishings such as tables, chairs, and wastebaskets are not included in the exhibit booth fee. Exhibitors can rent furnishings from Freeman, the official general services contractor. The order form will be available in summer 2021.

APSA’s official housing company is onPeak. Unauthorized companies may claim to be travel representatives of APSA, which can lead to expensive charges, unavailable rooms, and high cancellation fees.

If you don’t want to deal with hundreds of business cards you’ll collect at your booth, we recommend ordering a lead retrieval system through Expo Logic. This allows you to simply scan your visitors’ badges and follow up on leads efficiently.
