Registration & Screening Process

Registration Hours and Location

Registration will be located on the fourth floor of the Washington State Convention Center. Badges must be picked up here before attending any events or entering APSA meeting space.

Note: All attendees must provide proof of being fully vaccinated to attend the event. For the health and safety of all attendees, no exceptions can be made. Please check the Health and Safety page for more information.

Wednesday, September 297:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, September 307:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 17:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 27:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Screening Station Locations and Process

Safe Expo Health & Safety Screening Stations will be located:

Washington State Convention Center Fourth FloorWednesday, September 29 – Sunday, October 3
Sheraton Wednesday, September 29 – Sunday, October 3
The Conference CenterThursday, September 30 – Sunday, October 3 

Attendees will need to pass through a screening station prior to picking up and printing their badge. All attendees must be badged and registered to be in APSA meeting space and events. Before picking up your badge, you will need to show the vaccine-verified purple confirmation screen you received:

If you do not have the purple confirmation, please visit the Safe Expo staff at a screening station to show your proof of vaccination. 

Note: Badge pick up and registration is only at the Washington State Convention Center. If you are showing proof of vaccination onsite, please ensure it’s complete with 14 days having passed since your final dose. You can stop by the Sheraton or The Conference Center in advance to present your documentation and get your confirmation of being vaccine verified.  If you are providing international proof of vaccination onsite, please email ambassador@safeexpo.org in advance to confirm that the vaccine is on the WHO’s list of approved vaccines. 

Information Desks

Registration and badge pickup is only available at the Washington State Convention Center. If you need to ask a question or view the digital conference program on an iPad, stop by an Information Desk to talk to an APSA staff member during conference hours.

Additional iPads for digital program viewing are located in the APSA Lounge in the Exhibit Hall, as well as in the Registration area.
